By accessing or using MonoKotha's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
MonoKotha provides a platform connecting individuals with mental health professionals for counselling, therapy, and wellness services. We are not an emergency service. For emergencies, please call 999.
3. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals 13 years of age and older. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to access our services.
4. Appointment Booking
Appointment requests are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to decline requests at our discretion. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
5. Payment & Refunds
Session fees are payable as agreed at the time of booking. Refunds are available for sessions cancelled with sufficient notice. No-shows and late cancellations may be charged the full session fee.
6. User Conduct
You agree to provide accurate information, treat our staff with respect, and not misuse our platform. Abusive behaviour may result in termination of services.
7. Confidentiality
Our counsellors maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with professional ethics. Exceptions may apply where there is risk to life, as required by applicable laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
MonoKotha provides mental health support services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our professionals provide their best care but are not liable for decisions made based on counselling received.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, and resources — is the intellectual property of MonoKotha and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. We will notify users of significant changes by email.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
